|
IMDB rating: 3.60 Plot: A fully automated commercial jetliner is prepared to make its maiden voyage. Without an on-flight pilot, the craft relies on satellite linking for its course. But when the plane suddenly deviates from its determined route and establishes a circular pattern over Seattle, it becomes evident that the craft has been hijacked by a disgruntled former airline employee who has hacked into the flight’s computer system from his apartment, somewhere in the United States. Now, a former discredited Navy pilot and an oddball technician must race against the clock to find where the angry employee is, and regain control of the plane before it crashes into the city. |

Can cabin pressure hurt a newborn?
I want to take a trip by plane with my baby. Can the change in altitude affect her?
Might make the child fussy… if its more than a 2 hour flight, I would advise against it. It does the same thing to a child as it does to an adult, but babies that young cant ‘pop their ears’ on their own. So, unless you give them a medicine approved by your dr. to keep them calm/sleepy, I would advise against it.

you should ask your pediatrician before flying, but it will affect the baby’s ears. you should plan on having the baby suck on something during takeoff and landing.

It will not affect your baby. I have flown with both of my children at an early age. 4 weeks and 6 weeks. They were fine with the flight. You can take a pacifier for them to suck to help their ears pop if need be, but the hum of the plane will help them stay asleep.
I have traveled many many times with them both through their first year.
