Acting career! Please help me!!!!?
Ok I admit I am 12 but this really means alot to me. I want to get an acting career. Now I have a friend who had auditioned for the movie dadnapped before. I really would love to be a part of Disney Channel. So do you have any advice for me? How do I start? I have done a bit of reasearch but it isn’t paying off. So can you please help me?
Ok, first do researching on local agents in your area. Make sure they are legit. You want to have a headshot and a resume prepared because those are two basics. If they hire you, then they will work towards getting you work while usually demanding 10% of your paycheck. I think you should ask your parents for help, look for open auditions in your area online, and possibly find an agent. If you want to get picked for a job for Disney Channel you will probably need a good amount of experience. Good luck

You need experience. There is no "I want to act, yay where do i go?"
You need to actually WORK AND PERFORM to get somewhere. Do school shows, community theater shows, audition for commercials.
If you go to disney and nothing is on your resume, your not getting in.
