Plot: Joan Mitchell is an unhappy, suburban housewife pushing 40, who has an uncommunicative businessman husband, named Jack, and a distant 19-year-old daughter, named Nikki, on the verge of moving out of the house. Frustrated at her current situation, Joan seeks solance in witchcraft after visiting Marion Hamilton, a local tarot reader and leader of a secret black arts wicca set, who inspires Joan to follow her own path. After dabbling a little in witchcraft, Joan, believing herself to have become a real witch, withdraws into a fantasy world and sinks deeper and deeper into her new lifestyle until the line between fantasy and reality becomes blurred and eventually tragedy results.

I just seen the whole movie of L&S: Stitch has a Glitch.. and around the end when Stitch dies, I really like the song that started to play after Lilo says something like "You’re my ohana, Stitch , and l will always love you." The only part of the song I heard was "I will love you" starting off by a women, then it changed into some guy singing it. Much Help appreciated.

Federal Protection (2002)

Plot: “Chop Chop” Frankie Carbone (Armand Assante) has made a career out of stealing cars for the mob in Chicago. An attempted assassination by a mob boss goes badly and Frankie retaliates, only to wind up in the hands of the Feds. Frankie agrees to testify against the mobsters and his life is suddenly worthless – unless he submits to going into federal protection. The FBI gives him a new name – Howard Akers – and relocates him to a sleepy middle-class suburb in Little Rock, AR. Howard catches the attention of his lovely neighbor, Leigh (Angela Featherstone), a bored fund-raiser for a non-profit zoo whose husband, Dennis (David Lipper), is having an affair – and she knows it, but she doesn’t know it’s with her hot-blooded sister, Bootsie (Dina Meyer). I once watched Baseketball, got hooked and since then I watched it like 50 times. It is one of the films I cannot ever seem to grow tried of. I don’t know what it is about it, but it is somehow so complete in its rough form.
Obviously, it doesn’t hurt that there is plenty of nude (and amazingly gorgeous) women in the film (Victoria Silvstedt; WOW! is the only word that springs to mind!!!), but also because it is so delightedly respect-less towards just about anyone or anything.
All I can say to this flick is, if you like South Park, you’ll LOVE this one! In fact, anyone with a sense of humour should enjoy this one!

Patriot, The (1998)

Plot: Doctor Wesley McClaren is an immunologist in Ennis, Montana, and he has turned down an offer to join his friend Richard Bach, who lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the head of a unit called the Biological Response Team (BRT). Wesley and his daughter Holly live on a farm in Ennis, and a farmhand named Frank lives with them. Just over the hill from the farm, a 52 day standoff against militia leader Floyd Chisolm has ended. Floyd has decided to be his own attorney in court. Everyone is shocked when Floyd spits on Judge Tomkins. After the hearing, Tomkins starts feeling sick. Holly, like she always does, stops at Wesley’s office after school so she can go home with Wesley. On their way home, Wesley gets a call on his mobile phone. Wesley rushes to the hospital with Holly and tells her to wait in the doctors’ lounge, then Wesley is taken to see Tomkins, who looks awful. Wesley is told that Tomkins collapsed in his chambers at the court building. Wesley sees a cop collapse, while Tomkins has a seizure. Wesley calls Richard and tells him to send the BRT. Army medical units are sent in, and Ennis is sealed off. Wesley tells Frank to stay in town instead of going to the farm, then Wesley tells Holly to stay where she is, because the town is dealing with an outbreak. Richard arrives in town and talks to Wesley, who knows that some kind of toxin has been released. Wesley asks Richard about an anti-toxin, then they go to Tomkins’s room, where Tomkins has died. Richard tells Wesley that the toxin is a warfare product called NAM37, which is ten times more potent than anthrax. Richard also tells Wesley that a technician working for NAM37’s developers stole a big sample of the NAM37 and was detained by security in Billings, Montana, one day after the NAM37 was sold to Floyd, but the technician killed himself before anyone could ask him any questions. After buying the NAM37, Floyd infected himself and started the outbreak by spitting on Tomkins. So far, 94 people have been infected, and the NAM37 has killed 5 people. Wesley takes a sample of Holly’s blood, and Floyd is visited in jail by his right hand man and medical expert Nate Pogue, who has also been infected. and the anti-toxin Floyd bought along with the NAM37 only slows the NAM37 down instead of being a cure. Floyd’s plan was to start the outbreak, then use the anti-toxin on himself. Floyd tells Pogue to get him out so they can get the anti-toxin that the army has brought into town. Later, a group of men led by Pogue return to the jail, where they kill all of the guards and get Floyd out. Floyd and Pogue go to the hospital with their men, and they take the hospital hostage in hopes of getting the anti-toxin, only to discover that the army’s anti-toxin is the same anti-toxin Floyd bought. Richard explains that there have been times when NAM37 has mutated, and when it does, the anti-toxin doesn’t work. Pogue sees Holly’s blood sample and the sample shows that Holly has been infected, but somehow, she’s okay and her body is fighting it off. Floyd wants Holly found. When one of Floyd’s men finds Holly in the lounge and tries to grab her, Wesley beats the man up and goes to the farm with Holly and Frank. Floyd’s men head to Wesley’s farm, where Frank ambushes them and kills all of them except for one man, who kills Frank. Wesley and Holly take off with Frank’s body, and ride their horses to a farm where Holly’s Grandpa lives, and they give Frank a proper burial. Wesley takes a blood sample from his friend Ann (Whitney Yellow Robe), and just like Holly, Ann’s body is fighting off the NAM37. Leaving Holly at her Grandpa’s house, Wesley and Ann go to an underground lab that Wesley used to work in, where they plan to come up with a cure. Pogue, who is still at the hospital with Floyd, thinks he has found a cure, but he needs Holly’s blood to isolate it. After Wesley finds the reason why Ann and Holly are not being affected by the virus, Wesley and Holly go home…where Holly is kidnapped by Floyd’s men. Now Wesley must go to Floyd’s headquarters and rescue Holly.

The Bengals will have no answer for Chargers Antonio Gates. If they try then they will get a dose of Sproles and LT. Defensively Cromartie and Jammer could makes things difficult for Palmer and Ochocinco.
Remember if Chargers get the 2 seed playoffs go through Indy and SD. I like Bengals chances better against Chargers. We will see a preview of this one next week.

DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DOWNLOADING GAMES?
I really want to download this old 90’s computer game called Commander Keen.
It’s legit beyond words, and if you know it, then you understand why.
Anyway, I used to play it all the time when I was younger, but when
my computer crashed, the game was erased, obviously.
So today I’ve been all over the internet trying to download a free version of it.
The one I want is Commander Keen 4: The Secret Oracle.
I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called.
And when I get to downloading it, the instructions get all
technological and I can’t interepret them,

Coffee beans are best stored in a dry, airtight, light-proof container in your cupboard. Think of them as if they were a spice. High-moisture environments like your fridge or freezer can actually hurt the quality of your beans. As long as they are kept airtight and away from light, heat, and moisture, they won’t go rancid.
Even then, coffee beans, once opened, are only truly fresh for a week or so.

I always keep my coffee beans in the fridge because it keeps them fresher. I’ve always understood that keeping them refrigerated keeps the oil from drying up too fast and keeps them tasting better longer.

Coffee beans contain oil, it’s part of the ‘flavor’ produced by the roasting process. Once beans have been roasted they are considered fresh for about 21 days when stored in an air tight moisture proof container in a cool dark space. When ’stored’ in an open air clear glass enclosure as many ‘coffee shops’ do to draw the customers attention, they degrade in less than a week. (wally-world does the same with their ‘fresh beans’)
Putting beans in a refrigerator or the freezer presents it’s own problems, freezing/thawing, collecting condensation inside the containers, absorbing ‘odors from other foods, being dried out by ‘frost free’ features in the refrigerator/freezer. For my money I would just as soon see coffee beans scattered on the counter as put in refrigeration. (and I work in the refrigeration industry)…
part of what the barrister said is true, part not…But most of them are trained as retailers first, coffee knowledge second…That’s just the way business is…The business world has determined that a year past the roast date isn’t a problem….EVEN AFTER IT IS GROUND…And Yes, coffee oils do go rancid, just like any other natural oil. Opening cans of outdated coffee (WAY past their REAL expiration of 3 weeks) can give you the ‘aroma’ for those rancid oils…"There’re the Richest Kind" comes to mind…
What I have learned is from roasting and getting information from the coffee growers and others in the coffee industry….
My methods are for the best tasting coffee, freshest tasting coffee and how to get the most from my beans….

Mother is terminally ill and Aunts interfere with my decsion.?
My mother has kidney failure and 1-2 years to live. She decided to live with me her eldest daughter because I am home all day and can keep her company as she does not like to be alone. They are elderly their selves, cannot give the level of care I can. She begged my Aunt, who she was living with, for 9 years to change her work schedule to days so she wouldn’t be home at night alone. She lived in another state and came where I lived for the funeral of my younger sister and was really hurt that the aunts who claim to love her did not even come. So she decided it would be best for her to live with me and my family. They the aunts have always been a part of our lives like second mothers. It hurt my mother deeply that they did not come to the funeral or even call. She has dementia and and forgets every day that she made this decision to live with me, after they call she argues with me and says hurtfull things and makes me feel like I am asking her to stay against her will. I have actually set her up with a flight to go back three times but when it came to leave she snapped out of it and said I am not going any wear I am staying her and now we have paid for plane fair for nothing. The aunts paid for two of them. Here I give here medication on time 3 or more small meals a day and I need to get her set up with doctors because she needs lab work done 1 time a month and keep her company. She is able to visit other family when she wants too.
Well they call every day and muddle her brain by telling her things like what about your things and when are you coming home we miss you. Well they cannot and wont change their work habbits or life style not one of them ever took her to a doctors appointment, she swelled up with water it was horrible. My brothers wife stepped in she is wonderful but she has an infant and 3 other small children and a business to run. Every time after they call she forgets she made me call them and tell them she made up her mind to stay and wants to go back to them. She forgot she was alone and would call me crying that it is 9:00pm and she is all alone. She hulucenates and thinks she sees ghost, forgets to eat, won’t bath and was so thin when she came to me.Yes they live better have more money than I do but one aunt lost the house my brother built for my mother to live in by spending money on other things than the morgage, this again hurt my mother and leaving this her home was devistating.
I need advice on what to do.
Do you think I am in the wrong, should I send her back? I get no support from them should I not accept their calls.
Please help.
