How do you get human baby poop out of the carpet?
My husband was watching the kids today (3 year old girl and 16 month old boy) while I went out for a bit with my Mom (who we live with). We were gone for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When I got back I asked where the children were. He said downstairs (basement where we all sleep and live) watching cartoons. I came downstairs with him figuring it’s like every other time and it’s going to be relax time and put them to bed in 1/2 hour. Instead my daughter (who is potty trained but still has the occasional accident) had an accident in poop. Not only that my son also had a poopy diaper that my husband seems to have overlooked/missed. We came downstairs to the carpet smeared in a 2×2 foot area of poop and poop all over the big wall by the toys. I didn’t know what to do being this angry and couldn’t believe it, I started to laugh (kids went upstairs with Daddy before I lost it…he figured it was best for all of them). Not only that but it seems that my son got the toothpaste and coated the floor and the wall with that too. So for the last 1 1/2 hours I took the toys and disinfected them, just in case, and cleaned up the toothpaste and poop on the wall. Now my biggest question is HOW can I get the poop off the carpet AND have it hygienic again? It’s unbelievable. It’s almost like the time I went out before our son was born and there was permanent marker EVERYWHERE. I don’t know what it is with my husband who is a great husband and father, cleaning and cooking and changing diapers and taking care of the kids pretty well. The odd time this HUGE thing happens and I seriously lose it (not angrily). I think it’s the only way to just let it go??? Anyone got a story like this? HOW on earth did you clean it? I’m trying peroxide right now (worked with the toothpaste) and the carpet isn’t stained…but I want hygiene again too :(.
Men just don’t seem to know that when they are quiet they’re up to something…..
Just a side note, they finger painted today earlier with paint on paper and I’m starting to wonder if my son started it with taking his diaper off - something he does when he poops. I can see my daughter joining in the fun. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life!

I had a similar incident last night, my 2 year old woke up 3 times in the middle of the night, then the 3rd time, at about 4.30am, he began doing some funky sounding farts (he has been poorly but was over the worst) then all of a sudden yellow diarrhea started pouring out of the top of his nappy (front and back) and out the sides (it kind of reminded me of a volcano erupting there was that much of it spilling out that quickly!). I quickly carried him through to the lounge to sort him out and left a long trail of poo behind us, not to mention a big puddle of it around where I was cleaning him up.
Once I’d sorted him out I got to work on the carpet. Firstly scraped up all the excess with reams of kitchen towel. Then I went over the areas with a mixture of detergent and hot water, giving it a good scrub. Then again I went over the areas with a thick layer of carpet stain remover, and scrubbed. Then for peace of mind I got some antibacterial household spray and used about half a bottle up dousing everywhere the poo had come close to touching, before scrubbing again, and finally vacuuming over the area. Not sure if the last part was really necessary but better safe than sorry!

I need to find a way to edit or convert my m2ts files so adobe premiere stops lagging?
My video camera makes high defintion m2ts files which are of high quality, however, my laptop isn’t really good enough to allow me to edit smoothly using Adobe premiere elements.
Before this I tried using pinnacle studios but that lagged even more, and so recently I tried converting the m2ts files into many different formats, here are the results:
avi - doesn’t work - no sound
mpg - doesn’t work - no picture
wmv - works but creates a laggy effect
mp4/mpv - worked the best and I thought I had found a solution - the videos were of much less quality but were now about a fifth of the size, but when I opened Adobe up to edit them I actually found it lagged much much more with these files than it did with the HD m2ts files.
I couldn’t find video converting software that just turned m2ts files into lower quality m2ts files but would that work, does anyone have any idea of what I should do?
You already answered your own question: "laptop isn’t really good enough to allow me to edit"… use a computer that exceeds the minimum requirements for MTS file editing.

You can convert the HD video to common file. I recommend you a HD Video Converter which can convert HD TS, HD MTS, HD M2TS, HD MPEG, HD WMV, HD MPG, HD MP4, QuickTime HD MOV, HD H.264, HD RM video, etc.
It also can edit the HD movies, such as CUT a video clip, crop the movie, merge several files into one file and so on.

Personally, I use Movavi Video Converter for all video conversion, I used it to convert all my DVD rips from .avi to .mp4’s for my iPod.

a, in fact, convert M2TS FILES to other common video format is really the best way. i always use this, you can just have a try the free download, i often use it convert AVCHD video to HD video , like HD MPEG-4/HD MOV/HD AVI/HD MPG etc and convert AVCHD video to common video ,like avi/wmv/flv/mov/vob/mp4/mpgetc, of course, you can edit /playback/import it with PSP/IPOD/IPHONE/APPLE TV/windows movie maker, etc, hope it can be help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Am I Truly sad or just selfish?
I have constantlyly been depressed for about 2 years now….im just always so sad. I miss evrything that my life used to be, i hate how everything in my life has changed. everything in my life was more or less grate until i entered secondry school…i was looking forward to it so much and sure it is good in some ways but my life has gone more or less down hill sense then. Everything has changed, my friend, like im still friends with them but they have just changed too much, there is so much pressure to kiss guys and sexual stuff and they are all doin all that and we are all only 14(well im almost 14, in less han a month) i miss bein a kid so much i was so happy and i didnt worry so much. Then the start of 2009 was ok until Mchael Jackson died…i wasnt really a fan before he died,(like i liked his music but i didnt no much about him) and i used to sorta believe all that child molesting thing, like i wasnt sure…but when he died and the TV had all these programs i realised what a loving,kind, talented man he was….it hurt me so much, i feel so awful for nit realising how amazing he was while he was alive. Like I love animals,nature and i wana make a difference in this world, i wana help thoses in need, he was all of that…if i had known while he was alive i would have done everything i could to have met him. He is my hero my idol, words cant explain how much i love him and how sorry I am about believen the press….he has inspired me so much changed my life and made me see life differently. Nobody can really understand how i feel though…only me and mabe God. I feel like my life is a waste…the only achievements i have made was when i was younger like winning cross country, drama, art and sports compitions…i dont feel they are much though….i just feel like God is against me…i kept tellin myself…dont worry it will get better, but it hasnt nothing has gotten better, i have so many worries i am constantly under presssure…i hate the way my life has turned out so far. I could tell about 50 other things but i dont have the space…i just cant explain how i feel im always sad…

Welcome to adolescence, what you are experiencing is perfectly within the realms of normality. Of course you are selfish, but that is also perfectly normal for your age. In my eyes you are still a baby and so it is impossible that you can have wasted your life, it hasnt really begun yet, you are still in training!
During your teens, your hormones are changing and so mood swings are common, as is a fixation on a celebrity, living or otherwise. You are feeling things very intensely, which is also normal, but I feel that you are a thinker and very sensitive, you are also thinking about what your friends are up to and trying to work out your own values.
This is all very hard work and maybe your system has felt rather too much intense emotion and is tired, which maybe why you think you may be depressed.
Make sure that you are eating a good balanced diet and getting enough sleep; have fun with your friends, but dont feel pressured into experiencing anything you are not ready for.
At 14 no youngster is ready to experience sex. It is quite healthy to talk about it and wonder, but stay wondering until your life is free enough and you are mature enough to cope with the added stresses that a sexual relationship brings. Please dont allow yourself to follow friends into casual sex, because like most things in life there is a price to be paid.
Maybe your friends might be secretly glad that you are setting an example and please dont believe all that they brag about.
If you concentrate on your schoolwork, it will stand you in good stead; you say you want to be of service and help those less fortunate, so you will need to get the most you can from your education, it will help you to think in a structured logical way, which will balance your intensity of feeling.
God is helping you "silly sausage", by allowing you to feel emotions, witness what others are doing, think for yourself, and having the opportunities that are being put in front of you, to name just a few things.
It is only by experiencing up and down, good and bad, backwards and forwards, can we learn and understand how to make the most of our lives; there is really no good or bad experience, it is what we gain from the experience that is valuable and can be put to good use.
Read the poem "Footprints" if you havnt already, and if you have, read it again. Even those who have great faith and understanding go through times when it feels like God has left them, but if they hold fast and just ask for more understanding, they soon come out the other side with greater wisdom.
Now, dont be frightened by your moods, they will pass, dont be pressured by friends to experience more than you are completely comfortable with, have fun being you, study hard and COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS.

Is that strange to hold a bachelor/ette party a year before the wedding?
We’ve been together for 6 years, and as long as that may sound for a few of you, we were young when we met, 20 & 21. Now we are 25 & 26 and plan to marry in the Summer of 2012.
At first I didn’t think that It would be good to do these parties because we’ve lost touch through time, most all of our friends have children, we have none, however we’re total ‘homebodies’ and just work and relax together every chance we get occasionally spending time with family.
I thought maybe it would be cool if we did a ‘vegas’ bachelor/ette party kind of as a couples theme…where the girls would go out with me, and the guys all got together, and at the end of the night we would have our partners. We would want to accommodate as much as possible in terms or rooms/entertainment, so would it be strange if we did the party a whole year before the wedding? I know typically its a few weeks/months ahead of time….so what do you think? =]
Why don’t you have a nice grown up dinner party instead of trying to re-invent something teenyboppers do.
