How do you get human baby poop out of the carpet?
My husband was watching the kids today (3 year old girl and 16 month old boy) while I went out for a bit with my Mom (who we live with). We were gone for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When I got back I asked where the children were. He said downstairs (basement where we all sleep and live) watching cartoons. I came downstairs with him figuring it’s like every other time and it’s going to be relax time and put them to bed in 1/2 hour. Instead my daughter (who is potty trained but still has the occasional accident) had an accident in poop. Not only that my son also had a poopy diaper that my husband seems to have overlooked/missed. We came downstairs to the carpet smeared in a 2×2 foot area of poop and poop all over the big wall by the toys. I didn’t know what to do being this angry and couldn’t believe it, I started to laugh (kids went upstairs with Daddy before I lost it…he figured it was best for all of them). Not only that but it seems that my son got the toothpaste and coated the floor and the wall with that too. So for the last 1 1/2 hours I took the toys and disinfected them, just in case, and cleaned up the toothpaste and poop on the wall. Now my biggest question is HOW can I get the poop off the carpet AND have it hygienic again? It’s unbelievable. It’s almost like the time I went out before our son was born and there was permanent marker EVERYWHERE. I don’t know what it is with my husband who is a great husband and father, cleaning and cooking and changing diapers and taking care of the kids pretty well. The odd time this HUGE thing happens and I seriously lose it (not angrily). I think it’s the only way to just let it go??? Anyone got a story like this? HOW on earth did you clean it? I’m trying peroxide right now (worked with the toothpaste) and the carpet isn’t stained…but I want hygiene again too

Just a side note, they finger painted today earlier with paint on paper and I’m starting to wonder if my son started it with taking his diaper off – something he does when he poops. I can see my daughter joining in the fun. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life!

I had a similar incident last night, my 2 year old woke up 3 times in the middle of the night, then the 3rd time, at about 4.30am, he began doing some funky sounding farts (he has been poorly but was over the worst) then all of a sudden yellow diarrhea started pouring out of the top of his nappy (front and back) and out the sides (it kind of reminded me of a volcano erupting there was that much of it spilling out that quickly!). I quickly carried him through to the lounge to sort him out and left a long trail of poo behind us, not to mention a big puddle of it around where I was cleaning him up.
Once I’d sorted him out I got to work on the carpet. Firstly scraped up all the excess with reams of kitchen towel. Then I went over the areas with a mixture of detergent and hot water, giving it a good scrub. Then again I went over the areas with a thick layer of carpet stain remover, and scrubbed. Then for peace of mind I got some antibacterial household spray and used about half a bottle up dousing everywhere the poo had come close to touching, before scrubbing again, and finally vacuuming over the area. Not sure if the last part was really necessary but better safe than sorry!

Yes. The "Liar" strategy is dumb, and is not going to work. People think that all politicians lie — we expect it.
Obama should create ads focusing on what he will do that will help us, and how McCain’s policies are lame. That might work, but the liar thing will not.

My question is: Don’t you think that it’s more likely that the cross is relevant to Christians because Jesus was hung on one? It’s neat to see patterns in the stars (any pattern, cross or otherwise), but they’re hardly essential to Christianity.

I was just wondering, because if you have heard of the Spiderwick Chronicles, those books are a 5 book series, and only book one was made into a movie. I was wondering, since all the cast in the lightning theif is so old, will they make a second book?
It depends on how wellit does in theaters…. at least for a second movie.
If they will make another book who knows, they might. But it’s not like it is needed for additional movies.

Actually, he played Rudy Giuliani shortly after 9/11 when his popularity was still pretty high. The movie, entitled "Rudy" if I recall, did not portray Giuliani as a saint but on balance it gave a flattering portrayal.

Cos he does a damn fine job at it. When anyone talks about Hecules they always mention Hades and he was absolutely briliant havent seen schoolds out, Final Fantasy eh the film was ok he still stood out though. Oh and in The Specialist he was good also

I’ve only seen 10,000 B.C. and Spy Kids 3D. 10,000 B.C. was worse, because at least Spy Kids was acceptable for the age level it was aimed at. Little kids don’t discriminate.

Where will you go when you die?
I am a devout Baptist and no, I don’t think only Baptist will go to Heaven. Anyone who accepts Jesus as their personal Savior will go to Heaven. So very many who know absolutely nothing about God will make statements about the Bible, God, Jesus, the Holy Sprit, and what will happen when they die simply by listening to someone else who knows nothing about the Bible and repeat what they say. So very silly! I’m not here to argue about the fact that God is alive but to talk to those who are not sure what they believe. There are many in this world who will not get the calling to be Christian. Something everyone needs to understand. God is God and can do what He pleases. It doesn’t matter whether you think it’s fair or not. One of two things will happen when you die. You will go to Heaven or Hell. End of story. It doesn’t matter if you believe or not, one of those two things will happen. To be gone from the body is to be in the presence of Jesus, their you will be judged. What’s you’re fate?
