What is the best western movie ever?
Is it Tombstone, Appaloosa, 3:10 to Yuma, Seraphim Falls, or The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford. Or add one of your own favorites. Tombstone is my favorite.
Tombstone is the best western ever! It had tons of action, great performances by the actors and was the most accurate movie on the greatest western event/legend ever created. Other really good westerns were as follows:
Purgatory was a really good supernatural western.
Silverado was a really good action western.

mine 3:10 to Yuma…. loved it all the way… Russel Crowe was unbelievable as Ben Wade, balancing ruthlessness with compassion and Christian Bale just got the best out of his character… truly a movie that had it all… action, great characters, a quick pace and great music…

That would be High Noon with Gary Cooper
Number Two would be the original 3:10 to Yuma
