Help with book introduction?
Hey there. I’m in the process of finishing up my book. I have all but the last 4 or 5 chapters done. The thing is, I cant seem to get the first chapter the way I want it. It’s all about the introduction and what follows.

Has any one these strange lights or objects in the sky?
This was an absolute reality for me on 18th july 2009 yesterday night around 11.30pm, this perceptive experience left me incredibly exited mixed with a few shaky nerves.

I am a balanced person and I know what I saw with my own two eyes, along with my partner, I have always had an open mind, but sceptical about claims of such sightings. I know many here will mock and take the mic, because like once myself, many are locked into scepticism. I think this kind of thing blows away all doubt, especially when it is an unmistakable sighting than can not be rationalised by all the nonsense that I myself have used and others continue to use against genuine cases.

Here is my account.

Me and my girlfriend had just finished watching a DVD, we went outside to have a cigarette, we were talking, suddenly a couple of flashes of pale white light crossed our perceptive view of the night sky. I asked my girlfriend if that was lighting, but before I could finish my sentence, within a matter of seconds, an eerie strange light pulsed from green to a moment of deep red, stretching across, illuminating a part the sky in front of us. It was a starry clear night with some patches of cloud; the cloud where the light occurred seemed to intensify the color of this unusual looking light. After our awe and disbelief of what we had seen, my mind tried to rationalize this phenomenon, the first thing that entered my mind was an aura, due to some atmospheric changes or something.

However, the next thing what happened totally gripped every particle of my being. My girlfriend said

Furball rememdy other than malt?
My cat has a furball, he is doing that coughing thing they do. Anyway, can anyone suggest something other than the malts to help him. He does not like the malts. I have tried putting them on his paw or on his nose. He gets it everywhere else, but in his mouth. I do know that combing him is important, so please don’t tell me about that. Grass. Cats eat grass to help alleviate/eliminate hairballs. If you can get some kitty grass at a pet store do that. If not bring some inside and wash it thoroughly.

Yes, cat grass!!!!! it has worked wonders for my cat.

You can either buy it already made it pet stores, or seeds enclosed with some dirt, or you can just buy the seeds and add your own dirt. My cat loves it and it helped a lot. My cat loves it so much that i have to take it out of the room so she won’t eat it all and it will have a chance to grow back.

Jealousy problem!!! A lot to read but not a whole lot…?
Okay i think i have a problem ( im 12 )
People say i’m unique and cool (but my sister just says im scene which kinda bugs me cause im only 12) And i take that as a compliment. So one of my friends ( who is very very sensitive)is all like who r u doing for the biography? I said Audrey Hepburn. I asked her who she is doing and she said Tim Burton. ( I am obsessed with him and his work ) I was the only one who knew about until they had to show the nightmare before christmas on disney channel… When she said she was doing him i just got this weird feeling and texted back i gotta go.
The same friend in line her number is 23 and meh crushs number is 24 she always talks to him even though she always talks about how annoying he is even when i don’t bring up his name.. So when she talks to him i get that same feeling.. i guess jealousy..
I wore those colored hair extensions to school one day and the next day… like 5 ppl in my grade were wearing them.. ( im in 6th grade and go to a small school ) Same with those berets.
I wore all time low bracelets to school ( i know that band is popular but..) So ppl are all like who is that i just say a band…
Next day all they talk about is all time low. And im just like wtf!!
I’ve already been to a theripist but that was for my parents divorce which i didn’t care about the divorce but oh well… Do you think i need to go back?

Im the same age as u:) i will give u some advise, say ur in 6th grade but say ur 13 because i got reported for it and a bunch of my questions were deleted by saying i was 12. I say to ur problem that u are a roll model:) thats a good thing, my friends and class peeps would make fun of what i did,wore, liked way before they would copy my style=) A counciler really does help, i have one, u kinda know what they are going to say no matter what but it still helps to know there is someone with years of school and study to know what ur going through and maybe help a little and give u some advise:) hope that everything works out!

Crafting with primitive tools?
If i were to be stranded on a desert island and tobacco or other smokeable delights to pass my time grew there, how would i go about crafting a pipe without any tools? I would probaby be able to make one with a piece of wire to bore a stem and bowl, but what if i have nothing but what i can find on the island? This is for my amusement as much as information.
in answer to sdperk i don’t smoke habitually, but whatever helps me spend my time in the middle of nowhere with not even a soggy issue of victorias secrets.
STEVENF thats obvious, but im more concerned with finding something to do so i won’t try to shoot an arrow into the roof of my mouth, because that is doomed to fail and would look ridiculous. also becoming addicted to nicotine will give me a routine, and that may actually be helpful to my survival there.

I think I would look for flint, or some other stone that I could get a small chip from with a sharp point, and a very small stick. Split the end of the stick, put the chip in the split end of the stick and tie it together. If this is small enough you have just made a small hand drill to drill out a piece of wood to make the stem. making the bowel can be carved out with a sharp stone used as a knife. Put a small hole in the side of the bowel so the stem is a very tight fit. Or just make one from clay and bake it in the fire to harden. BUT wouldn’t it just be better to stop smoking?
