I’ve been looking into the movie, and it sounds kind of interesting, especially since it has young Kirsten Dunst as the voice of the main character.
Without knowing your tastes, I would say that Amelie and Michael Clayton are the best on the list, even though they are far from perfect and are completely different.
if you like good movies michael clayton and amelie. you might not make it through michael clayton and amelie is french…shuffle them all up and pick one with your eyes closed.
Amelie is FAR AND AWAY the best one on that list. And "P" is wrong, it is so perfect!
I really liked Envy, Micheal Clayton, and Fun With Dick and Jane, too.
Casino Royal and Alpha Dog were both let downs for me.
I haven’t seen any of the others, but I’ve heard good things about January Man.
www.bestbookbuys.com compiles inventory of a variety of online book dealers, including the big ones like half.com, powells, alibris and abebooks. You can see what other people are trying to sell their copies for. Make sure you match the edition if there is more than one. The ISBN should match.

ebay has a feature that will email you when a listing that meets your criteria is listed, so you don’t have to check every few days. This way, you can see what things actually sell for, not just the asking price. You can also search the last 30 days of their auctions to see what has sold recently.

Old books can be very valuable, or practically worthless. It depends on condition and availability, and, of course, demand.

Plot: Arthur is a spirited ten-year old whose parents are away looking for work, whose eccentric grandfather has been missing for several years, and who lives with his grandmother in a country house that, in two days, will be repossessed, torn down, and turned into a block of flats unless Arthur’s grandfather returns to sign some papers and pay off the family debt. Arthur discovers that the key to success lies in his own descent into the land of the Minimoys, creatures no larger than a tooth, whom his grandfather helped relocate to their garden. Somewhere among them is hidden a pile of rubies, too. Can Arthur be of stout heart and save the day? Romance beckons as well, and a villain lurks.

Do you know the name of this old Sci-Fi Alien movie?
Aliens that look like humans visit earth and pose as friendly visitors, but have an ulterior motive. A girl has sex with a male Alien. She gets pregnant and fears that her baby will become a monster. When her baby is born, it comes out normal, but she realizes that she has twins and the second baby really is a monster. At the end of the movie, I think a virus on earth kills off the alien race, making them leave earth. The virus doesn’t affect humans…

I think this is the movie V, or the miniseries V. I watched this when I was a little girl, so I am not sure… Thanks for your help.
Also, I do not know if I am actually describing 2 movies or just 1… I know it was in the 80s.

you’re describing both V the movie and V the final battle–2 movies.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085106/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086823/

there was a TV series that takes place after those movies.

they’re remaking the original movie and coming out with a new sequel (at least, the original author is trying to find someone to fund a new sequel)

 LilyRT | Nov 01, 2009

LilyRT has got it! It was the two "V" miniseries.

I just wanted to let you know the original "V" miniseries will be playing on the Syfy channel on Tuesday at 4pm est. They had also played it on Sunday night along with "V, The Final Battle" but they don’t appear to be replaying that one. I enjoyed watching them again.

Also, in case you did not know, they are airing a series remake of "V" on ABC starting Tuesday night at 8pm est.
