i remember seeing the movie on tv maybe in 2006. its more of a scary, horror movie. there’s this group of people in old, abandoned hospital or institution and one by one each person keeps getting possessed as they go room to room. i guess they were trying to find their way out. it kept showing scenes of how it used to be when it was open & telling the story of a certain patient.

14weeks spotting (mayb placenta previa) Any stories?
Upset because I had to rush to the ER at 12weeks from having a huge bloody moment during the late just sitting up talking to friends. I felt a big gush of some sort in my undies and was like " I KNOW I DIDNT JUST PEE ON MYSELF." It was a rediculous amount of blood. Everyone thought I had lost the baby but when I got to the ER the baby was fine although the doctor said the placenta had moved into a bad area which maybe placenta previa. They put me on bedrest that weekend untill i could go to my MY hospital to MY doctor. So that monday comes and my doctor is offended by the ER trying to diagnose me. Which i was mad at my doctor because the day before the whole bloody situtation i had just seen my doctor and had a sonogram done and they told me everything was fine. I think my doctor was embarassed that they didnt catch the proble but the ER did from another hospital?

So I have been having light pink bleeding everyday for two weeks. Should I be scared or am I ok??? I have to wait a whole nother two weeks before i have a sonogram done or even find out if my babys ok!

Well, it depends if your doctor had looked at your placenta at your ultrasound. I had an ultrasound done at 18 weeks. I had a partial placenta previa. I had no bleeding, but that seemed to surprise everyone. If you weren’t told, if you do have a placenta previa, you don’t want to have sex. Anyway, it took a long time, but I was 31 weeks when we finally found out that the placenta was out of the way. It can move as your uterus grows, so hopefully it will move out of the way. You should be fine. If you have a placenta previa, that is why you are bleeding.

Introducing dog to cat. Tips?
My partner’s daughter was given a kitten about two weeks ago as a birthday present and now I just learned the little puppy I had been waiting for is going to be home in two days. My question is: how can we introduce them without making this a traumatic event for them? Both are the same age (12 weeks), both are males (kitten has already been neutered when he was in the shelter; and we plan on having the puppy neutered as soon as the vet says he’s old enough) and both are used to other animals and people. We adopted the kitten from the shelter and the puppy is coming from an animal rescue association (they got the mom there when she was already pregnant, so all the puppies were born there). I don’t really know if this matters, but the puppy is an American Eskimo.

The kitten has only been with us for around two weeks, so I would want to think this change won’t be as stressful for him as if he had been longer. He is a very laid-back kitten, who doesn’t even mind kids petting him or picking him up all the time. We really hope they can become playmates and that this adaptation process can be done as easily as possible.

I read somewhere the introduction shouldn’t take place anywhere the cat could consider "his territory", and that he shouldn’t feel he doesn’t have a way out in case he gets scared. So, what would be the best place? He’s an indoor kitten. The puppy is a miniature American Eskimo, so I don’t think sizes should be an issue either. I thought about keeping the puppy inside his crate for a while and let the kitten sniff him before letting them interact with each other.

Anyways, any tips or advices are much appreciated, specially coming from someone who has dealt with this situation or at least knows what they’re talking about.

Since both are so young and used to being around other animals I think they should take to each other easily. If you can, visit the puppy at the shelter and bring him something with the kitten’s scent (a toy, a towel) and bring something back with the puppy’s scent so they can get used to each others scent. Keeping the puppy in the crate for the first introduction is a good way to go. The territory thing should not really be an issue since the kitten is so new to the home. If possible, when you first bring the pup home, give him lots of play time with you in one room while your partner and their daughter play with the kitten. The idea is to tire both animals out a bit so they are calmer when they first meet. The crate thing is a good idea. If that seems to be going well, you can let the pup out of his cage but keep him on a leash at first.

Make sure each animal has a separate eating/sleeping place at first and a place to retreat to if they feel threatened or need a break from the other animal. In time you can move the bowls together so they can eat and even sleep side by side.

I’ve seen several dogs and cats that were best friends. Oh, and I have a book of dog breeds here that says American Eskimo’s generally get along well with cats, so you should be good to go!

I've been having really bad nightmares, someone help me PLEASE, details in question, I'm really shook up?
I don’t usually have nightmares, like twice, if even in a year, but I’ve had 3 in the past 2-3 weeks.

The first one scared the crap outta me: I was with some friends walking up my street and we ran into some girl walking her dog. She started walking with us and her and I kinda separated ourselves from the group and we realized we forgot about her dog. Us two turned around to go get it and the dog was rolling around on someone’s lawn. The other friends left us. She went to get him and I turned around to look and in the corner of someone’s yard that was fenced was Freddy Kruger with super long arms like in the first Nightmare on Elm Street. He hoped the fence and chased us down the street, he was right behind us. I would turn around to check if we outran him, but he was only like 2 feet away each time I looked back. We got to the end of the street and the girl hid behind a tree. I looked and Freddy was on the other side of the tree looking at me and put is finger to his mouth and went shhhh. He went to attack the girl, but I pushed her out of the way and he was right there in front of me in the middle of the street. He started laugh a little and moved his claw-fingers, but before he slashed me I woke up, but not really just into another dream, but that wasn’t a problem. So that was me dreaming of a nightmare in another dream if that makes any sense.

The 2nd is shorter: I was at the summer-camp I’ve been going to for 10 years and I was with my friends who I love and would do anything for, and they would do the same for me, but I got in this HUGE argument with one of them and we couldn’t talk to each other after that. I don’t remember much about this fight and I will assure you this would’ve never happened in real life. I know this may not be considered a nightmare, but it really shook me up because this would not happen, we’re all super close.

The 3rd is pretty bad: I was at some like 3 day retreat thing at some lodge where some teenagers were painting, I wasn’t though. It was on the second day and I didn’t get a shower the day before, so I wanted to get one. I asked some kids where the shower was and they told me it was in the manager’s office. So I went to the banquet room where there were like 5 other teenagers reading a book or playing a game and then there was a band practicing on the mini stage. Then I went to a branching room that had a door and it was a semi large living room with a big couch and a fire place. Then through that room was the office which wasn’t that big. The manager was sitting in his desk and he looked like he was and average guy in his 30’s. I asked if I could use the shower and he said sure. Now the shower was literally in his office like 7 feet away from his desk. It was open, there was no curtain, but he couldn’t see the person taking a shower because there was a little wall blocking his view, but he could still hear everything and it was still basically open. I went into the shower and started taking off my clothes and he said "Hey tell me when you start taking your shower, say something like ‘Hit It’ when you start showering" I said "alright" and was about to take my pants off when I heard him say "Hit It" only abut a foot away and he walked up to me completely naked and looked at me like a piece of meat and I was in so much fear and shock. I punched him in the face and grabbed my shirt and ran out of the office and he yelled something like "You get back in here!". I ran into that big living room and went to go back into the banquet room, but the door was locked, so I started yelling at the top of my lungs for help and then the manager walked out still naked, but with a baseball bat and said "You’re going back into that room!" He was really pissed and started chasing me around the room while i was still yelling for help. I was on one side of a table and he was on the other side and he started throwing things at me and someone finally came to the door. They could only yell in because it was locked and they yelled(i think it was a girl) "What do you need". I yelled back "The manager is trying to molest me!" then they yelled back "Are you joking around or are you serious" I yelled "This is no joke! Please help me!!" the manager then yelled "He’s only joking don’t listen to him!" Then I woke up, but like in the first dream I awoke into another dream where I was exactly where I was sleeping in my house(downstairs on the couch) and walked around my house which was completely wasted and alone. It was falling apart and I walked into my room and the walls were peeling and cracking and things were ripped out from the wall, then I actually woke up and did not want to go back to sleep.

The 3rd dream was two nights ago and it really has me shook up.
A few things about me. I am not in a relationship, and haven’t been one in 2 years. In my last year of high school. A few weeks ago my dad got his like 5th DUI and we all came to realize he will be going to jail sometime next year f

Everyone dreams. If you remember a dream it is because you woke up in the middle of it. Bad dreams are the result of anxiety in the real world playing out safely in your mind. If you wake up during one of these fear fests your brain has then you will be very scared. Your brain is trying to work through the chaos that is in your life and the pending disaster of your father going to jail. It cannot handle this directly so it is taking safe dreams and making them scary, just like your ordinary life is usually pretty safe but now it has a scary part to it. The dreams should not be a concern for you. It is your brain trying to manage something it does not know how to manage. By doing it in your dreams it protects your body from experiencing the anxiety during hours you need to be functional. Not only is your life going to be messed up even more by your dad’s actions, but you are about to graduate and become an adult all on your own with no one to help you. That is what it means to be an adult.

It is your mind’s way of coping, if you had not woke up your brain would have processed many different scary scenarios and you would never know it because you would not remember it. You are anxious and afraid and your brain is trying to protect you. You likely have nightmares every night, you just do not remember any of them. The good news is you can take control of your dreams.

Lucid dreaming allows you to realize you are in a dream and take control of the dream. I am attaching an article on it.

I ask a question and received a reply from email and then..?
Okay, i was hired recently in my new job and when something i don’t i understand i send an email from my boss to ask a questions and to clarify things before i proceed on my work because i really don’t want to make a mistake so i really make sure that i understand the job first. Every time i wrote an email to ask questions to him in normal font size and normal font (times new roman) he always replied to me in a big font size something like if normal font size is 12 then he will replied to me something like 24 font size or more after each questions I’ve ask? for example:

1. Could you please send me additional info? (then he will replied with super big font and BOLD letters after each questions)

I mean i obviously can read in normal size letters i don’t understand why he always replied to me in such way?
I feel like he mad at me because i’ve ask questions?

how can i go about this without causing drama before christmas?
I overheard my friends discussing plans over christmas break and i wasn’t invited. I know who organized it and it is a christmas gift exchange. so today before she got on her bus to go home, i was like " Hey i was thinking about organizing a pollyanna over christmas" they she was like yeah ok i will talk to you about that tomorrow. So i am thinking that she may just let me organize mine and have everyone come and still have hers on the 28th so should i have mine on the 28th that way there is a way that i would "find out about hers" i do want to confront her about this but i am thinking i will wait until after christmas to do it. Also, i want to go to hers but i don’t want to be invited out of pity becuase that would make me look despirate. So should i just confront her now before christmas saying i don’t like being left out but what i hate more is being lied to. Or should i just wait until after christmas. PLease help me i don’t know what to do.
