What do you think/feel about the "power" of Nature, especially after the earthquakes in Haiti?
What power has "human civilization" against the might/power of Nature…..can you all relate ??

Well I believe just as mother nature nurtures us (all beings inc. human beings) she can also destroy us and cause devastation to a great extent.

Well, perhaps humans are getting a dose (reaction) of what they are doing by polluting and harming the environment which they don’t basically have any right to do.

What do I feel about the power of nature…

Its pretty powerful yea?

Nature is completely and utterly indifferent to us. Haiti was just nature doing what it has been doing for billions of years, and there is little to nothing we can do about it.

But you are right, we do seem to be doing our level best to screw up the bits of nature that we depend upon to stay alive.

The earthquakes in Haiti or nature, Showed the power that it have. It was a real disaster that caused a lot of pain and problems to a lot of people. Yes, it may cause humans extent, i think that’s what will happen to bad people. Humans may have disrespected the nature, She got angry, so see what happened in Haiti that’s why.
