What to do about stinky kitty breath?
My kitten is about 4-5 months old and he has the WORST breath. He loves laying with me and giving me kisses but I can hardly stand it because of his rancid breath. I have bought dental treats that I mix in with his dry food, but that doesn’t seem to help. I got from a very reputable shelter so I know that he is healthy. None of my other cats have had this problem… HELP!

A common cause for bad kitty breath is intestinal parasites. My first cat had this and we didn’t know why, so we took her to the vet and after a consult he gave her something for parasites. since then we give her these pills every 3 months or so and she doesn’t have a stinky breath anymore. With our second cat, we already knew the problem so we gave her the pills after her first vaccination and she never had a problem with bad breath. Hope this helps. But take your kitty to the vet anyway, he should get a check up right about now.

Some cats, like some humans, have naturally bad breath. You could try brushing his teeth (no toothpaste though).
You might want to get it checked out by a vet though, as halitosis could also indicate underlying problems like kidney disease.

Speaking at least 5 times a week in class would be called "class participation" and it can be a really important part of learning. It’s to help students get their thoughts out in words.

I don’t really see what your question is…My advice is to try to participate and if you would like to discuss it with her, I would leave out some of the things you mentioned in this paragraph…

Now considering that you didn’t give us the name of the game console, it’s hard to decide. But If you have a PSP, you should go for Dead Head Fred, Dead Head Fred tells the story of a private detective waking up-with his head gone replaced with a jar with his brain and eyeballs stuck in it. Now after finding out that his head had been decapitated by a local mob boss, he seeks revenge.

It’s not a shooter, but it has some pretty good graphics, the violence in there isn’t childish, it’s easy to play, and it involves a lot of puzzles, if thats what you like. Oh and BTW, it also won the Writer’s Guild of America’s first video game award, has a rating of 7.5/10 on IGN. Go figure

Resident evil is also a pretty good game if you want a horror shooter, or go for Wolfenstein

How much should a girl 2 year old ragdoll cat weigh?
I am getting ready to get one for my kid for their birthday and there is one at the shelter. It was taken to the shelter by the breeder, but it looks very small for being 2 years old, it is a girl. I have read that ragdolls are the largest breed of cat. This one weighs about 5 lbs., I am wondering if this is normal size? Also the lady at the shelter said it seems skiddish and it does not like to be picked up or held, it hides in the corner of the cage. Could this be from fear of being in the shelter? Everything I have read says these are the most lovable breed. It is definetly a ragdoll it looks just like some of the pictures I have seen. It is just very small, looks more like a 4-5 month old kitten. I just don’t know why a breeder would say it is 2 years old if it is only 4-5 months old.

If a breeder got rid of a source of income to a shelter, you can be sure that there is something VERY WRONG with the cat. If you have the resources, and really want this cat, then adopt it and take it IMMEDIATELY to the vet. At least you will know what is causing her skittishness. A vet will also be able to give you a better estimate of age by the look of the teeth.

If you don’t have the resources (and it could cost a couple of thousand dollars by the time a vet is done looking), then pass up this cat. Someone else will eventually adopt it, or the shelter itself will pursue the reason behind it’s behaviour.

I would get another cat. If that cat is really 2 years old and only 5lbs. it could be a dwarf cat. Especially if it is healthy. I would be more worried about it’s temperment. Cats take a long time to change their ways if they change them at all. Try to find a kitten. I have a 1 yr old Rag doll, and she is about 12 lbs. She is also the most cuddliest cat I have ever seen.

1) muslims are terrorists…..
2) they kill innocient people,
3 )they beat there wives and kill their daughters….

All muslim agree that this happens in their society. But

1-2) if terrioism is killing innocient people than the number of people killed by non-muslims is far more than killd by muslims. If you compare only the number of innocient people killed by BUSH or HITLER (we dont compare the rest) alone, that will be far more than all the people killed by muslims. Just because media is in the hands of non-muslims or jews they are portrayed as they are the examplary muslims and all are like that.
3) if you say that they beat their wives and daughters. Please note that when islam was introduce it seriously condemn the killing of female. If few insanes do this you cannot blame all the muslims for this. For the sake of argument if we say that ok… then can we compare the number of women and children killed with all the illegal abortions in only US (we do not include all other non-muslim countries. Is that not killing?
4) if yo say that women are supressed…have you ever asked a muslim women how she feels? or is it just your perception? Or the percption of CNN, BBC and FOX? Ask a muslim women how she feels about coveing herself. We all beleive in giving respect to women. In all muslim countris women even have seperate ques and help windows in offices and banks.
Plus you talk abut liberlization…In non-muslim countries, women are even raped in public and people dont bother thinking that they are having fun… You look at STD’s, Prostitution, rapes, roberies, murders, phychological problems and other physical problems in your countries and compare it with any muslim country and tell me who is right.

to all of you who have answered…and those who plan to…my idea is that wrong things happen in every society and culture. So before blaming others, one should atleast look at himself and people around him…trust me, no religion asks to kill some one or beat (please do not qoute out of context) and do any act which is against any human being. Remember look at the scriptures not the followers to know a religion. The so called Mullas, peachers etc may interpret things in their own way but they are not the authority. As muslims we believe that Allah gave you his book and messenger and we can find all solutions from this book/messenger.

Although, it seems that a portion of society does not mind stereotypes. I, on the other hand, do not see all muslims as terrorists. I am not a muslim, but I do know a family who is and they are nothing of which you have pointed out. I love them as my own family and they seem to feel the same towards me. If it’s so bad here, I don’t understand why you wish to live here. Britain hasn’t always been the way it is today and multi-culturalism hasn’t helped. I was brought up here just after WW2 when it was a peaceful place to live. We didn’t have different religions quarrelling because there weren’t many people who would have described themselves as anything other than Church of England. That didn’t mean that they were church goers, just that they mainly believed in a God. Most of us lived by a Judeo Christian ethic and roughly followed the ten commandments. I have never seen anyone here being raped and thought they were having fun. A lot of the prostitution is run by foreigners and so are a lot of the rapes and robberies and murders. You only have to watch Crimewatch to see who the main perpetrators are. As for women wearing the niqab, I find it most disrespectful to the indigenous population. They obviously have no wish to get to know us. It is a psychological barrier and denies people the opportunity to read their body language. Body language is an important part of communication. I shall continue to treat these women as invisible because it’s what they want and I don’t see why I should make all the effort.

take away the abortion argument -as that is not comparable – in islamic states (the countries – not the muslims individually) this is routine practise – women are being stoned to death for being in the same room as a non familymember – how is that right….
